Texting terms

Wolf works by text. These terms cover the messages you get from Wolf and from app.moriahlabs.com. They are part of our terms, and our privacy policy explains how your number and messages are handled.

What you'll get

• Wolf's replies, by iMessage or text, from (213) 320-8487, when you text Wolf.
• Messages Wolf sends first, only for things you set up or that involve you: your morning brief if you turn it on, reminders and plans you asked for, invitations and answers from your circle, groups or household, shared-ride pickup times, and important account notices.
• Sign-in codes for app.moriahlabs.com, one per sign-in request, sent by text from a short code.
• Waitlist updates, like a welcome text when your spot opens.

We don't send marketing texts or sell or share your number for anyone else's marketing. How often you hear from Wolf depends on how you use it.

Agreeing to texts

When you sign up on moriahlabs.com, text Wolf, or request a sign-in code, you agree to receive these messages at that number, which may be sent by automated systems. Agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything.

Stopping and help

• Text STOP to Wolf anytime and it stops texting you. Text START to come back.
• Reply STOP to a sign-in code text to stop sign-in codes. You won't be able to sign in to app.moriahlabs.com by text until you reply START.
• Text HELP for help, or email support@moriahlabs.com.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wolf doesn't support emergency services; in an emergency, call 911.

Your number

Your mobile number and the messages you exchange with Wolf are used only to run Wolf for you. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.
