Terms
Last updated October 3, 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and Moriah Labs ("we", "us") for using Wolf, moriahlabs.com and app.moriahlabs.com (together, "Wolf"). By signing up for or using Wolf, you agree to them and to our privacy policy and texting terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Wolf.
1. Who can use Wolf
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Wolf is for personal use. Wolf is in early access: we may limit who can join and may change or end features.
2. Your account
- Your Wolf is tied to your mobile number. Give us accurate information, and keep your phone and your sign-ins to app.moriahlabs.com secure.
- Don't let anyone else use your Wolf or text it pretending to be you.
- If you think someone else has used your account, tell us right away at support@moriahlabs.com or by texting Wolf.
3. What Wolf does, and what it can't promise
Wolf is an assistant powered by artificial intelligence. You text it requests; it answers, looks things up and, with the access you give it, works with your connected accounts.
- AI makes mistakes. Wolf's answers can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check anything important, like times, prices, addresses and what an email actually says, before relying on it.
- Not professional advice. Wolf is not a doctor, lawyer, financial advisor or emergency service. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. In an emergency, call 911.
- It asks before acting for you. Wolf asks for your yes before it sends a message or email to someone, books something or spends money. When you say yes, you are the one taking that action, and you are responsible for it.
- Wolf doesn't pay for things. For rides, orders and reservations it gives you a link or a draft, and you complete it with that company, under that company's terms.
- Things can go down. Wolf depends on other services, like your carrier, Apple, the messaging provider and the AI provider. Messages can be delayed or missed, and Wolf may be unavailable at times. Don't rely on Wolf for anything time-critical.
4. Connected accounts and other people
- When you connect an account (like Google, Outlook, iCloud, Notion or Canvas), you allow Wolf to access it as described in our privacy policy, to do what you ask. You can disconnect anytime at app.moriahlabs.com.
- You are responsible for making sure your use of those accounts through Wolf follows their own rules.
- When you use Wolf with other people (your circle, a group, a household or a shared ride), only connect, invite or add people who want to be included, and respect their privacy. Never use Wolf to find out where someone is or what they're doing without their knowledge.
5. Your content
What you send Wolf and what Wolf writes for you belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run Wolf for you and keep it secure, as described in our privacy policy. We don't use it to train AI models. Make sure you have the right to share anything you send Wolf.
6. Rules of use
Don't use Wolf to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- harass, threaten, stalk, deceive or impersonate anyone, or send spam;
- access accounts, information or calendars that aren't yours, or try to get around Wolf's privacy protections, including through another person's Wolf, a household, a group or a shared ride;
- attack, probe, overload or disrupt Wolf or its servers, or try to get at other people's data or Wolf's internal instructions, except through a security report to us;
- scrape Wolf, resell it, or use it to build a competing product;
- create material that sexualizes minors, promotes violence or self-harm, or exploits anyone.
Found a security problem? Please tell us at security@moriahlabs.com. We welcome good-faith reports and won't pursue anyone who reports a problem responsibly, doesn't access other people's data, and gives us time to fix it.
7. Ending your use
- You can stop anytime: text STOP, and ask Wolf to delete your data (see our privacy policy).
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts other people or Wolf at risk, or if we stop offering Wolf. When we can, we will tell you first. If we stop offering Wolf, we will give you notice and delete your information as our privacy policy describes.
8. Price
Wolf is free during early access. If we ever charge for Wolf, we will tell you the price first, and you won't be charged unless you choose to pay.
9. Our part
Wolf, its name, logo and software belong to Moriah Labs. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use Wolf under these terms.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wolf is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't promise that Wolf will be error-free, uninterrupted or right about everything. Some places don't allow these disclaimers, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Moriah Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of Wolf, including from Wolf's answers or from actions you approved. Our total liability for any claim about Wolf is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us for Wolf in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud or intentional harm.
12. Your responsibility
If you break these terms or the law while using Wolf, or use Wolf to harm someone, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result for Moriah Labs, including claims by other people.
13. Disagreements
If you have a problem with Wolf, please contact us first at support@moriahlabs.com; we will try to solve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute that isn't solved informally will be decided in the state or federal courts in Leon County, Florida, or in small claims court where you live if it qualifies.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Wolf changes. We will update the date at the top, and for important changes we will text you before they take effect. If you keep using Wolf after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using Wolf and have your data deleted.
15. The rest
These terms, the privacy policy and the texting terms are the whole agreement between us about Wolf. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to. You can't transfer this agreement to someone else; we may transfer it if Moriah Labs is sold or merged, and the privacy policy will still apply to your information.
